Reason for running

submitted by the candidate or their team
I’m running to bring real, practical change for the people of La Pointe-de-l’Île — with a strong focus on affordability, safety, and opportunity. I’ll be a present, accessible MP who listens, takes action, and puts our community first.

I'm running because I care deeply about our community — and I want to put my experience, energy, and heart to work for the people who live here.

This isn’t about politics-as-usual. I’ve always been someone who shows up, listens, and gets things done. Now, I want to bring your voice to Ottawa, and fight for real, practical solutions — with honesty, compassion, and determination.

I believe in this place. I believe in the people who make it home. And I know that, together, we can build something better.

My priorities:

• Making homeownership and affordable rent more achievable

• Working with local services to improve public safety

• Easing the cost of living for families and workers

I’m here to offer a different kind of leadership — one that’s grounded, accessible, and truly connected to the people. If I earn your trust, I’ll be the kind of MP who shows up, listens, and never forgets who I’m working for.

Because to me, politics is about being there — with you, and for you.
