- Ease the tax burden on middle-income retirees.
- Support small businesses by reducing tax and regulatory burdens.

- Sovereignty: Protect Canada’s North, assert our presence in strategic regions, and defend national interests against foreign interference.

Conservative's promises
"Conservatives will also incentivize municipalities to free up land, speed up permits and cut development charges to build 15% more homes each year." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17
"We’ll start by firing the gatekeepers who block housing construction instead of giving them massive bonuses. A Conservative government will require cities to free up land, speed up permits and cut development charges to build 15 percent more homes each year. If they miss their target, their federal funding will be withheld, equal to how much they miss their target by.
Going forward, this target will compound on top of the previous year’s 15% target. Cities that fail to meet their targets will be required to build even more homes the following year while those who get homes built will be rewarded with a bonus based on how much they exceed the target. Municipalities will also be required to pre-approve building permits for high-density housing around transit stations, and will not receive federal funding for transit until there are keys-in-doors." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17

Mining and minerals
Conservative's promises
"Some of the priority projects a Poilievre government will work with proponents and First Nations to approve:
- LNG Canada Phase II Expansion Project (BC): Aims to double LNG output but faces power supply challenges and output limitations related to the emissions cap.
- Suncor Base Mine Extension (Alberta): Expansion of an existing mine anticipated to produce 225,000 barrels per day of bitumen froth. Under assessment with the IAAC since 2020.
- Rook 1 Uranium Mine (Saskatchewan): A development-stage uranium project expected to be a major source of low-cost uranium. Approval process started in 2019 with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
- Springpole Lake Gold (Ontario): A proposed gold and silver mine with an on-site metal mill. Under assessment with the IAAC since 2018.
- Upper Beaver Gold Mine (Ontario): A proposed underground and gold and copper mine. Under assessment with the IAAC since 2021.
- Northern Road Link (Ontario): A proposed all-season, multi-use road in northern Ontario. Under assessment with the IAAC since 2023.
- Crawford Nickel Project (Ontario): A proposed nickel-cobalt mine with an on-site metal mill. Under assessment with the IAAC since 2022.

"Today Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre revealed his plan to create ‘Canada Shovel Ready Zones.’ These zones will be areas already permitted for construction, meaning the permits will not just take less time, but will already be completed when a company decides to build a mine, LNG terminal or pipeline, bringing home thousands of jobs for Canadian workers and taking back control of our economy from the Americans.
Poilievre described how his Canada First Conservative Government will get the Canada Shovel Ready Zones done:
- Identify a location that makes sense for a power station, LNG plant, pipeline, or another major project.
- Make sure it is safe for Canadians and the environment.
- Work with other levels of government to lock down zoning and permits in advance of construction.
- Offer pre-permitting before even getting an application so that permits could be published online with a checklist that businesses would have to complete in order to protect nature and people.
This means businesses could buy the land, move in, hire people and build, knowing they already have the permits."
— conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17
"One application. End duplication – There will be one application and one environmental review per project, ensuring efficiency without sacrificing environmental standards. Instead of multiple overlapping studies that stall projects, governments will work together to deliver a single, effective review." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17
Oil and gas
Conservative's promises
"Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre announced today he will create a ‘Canada First’ National Energy Corridor to fast-track approvals for transmission lines, railways, pipelines, and other critical infrastructure across Canada in a pre-approved transport corridor entirely within Canada, transporting our resources within Canada and to the world while bypassing the United States. It will bring billions of dollars of new investment into Canada’s economy, create powerful paycheques for Canadian workers, and restore our economic independence." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17
"In the corridor, all levels of government will provide legally binding commitments to approve projects. This means investors will no longer face the endless regulatory limbo that has made Canadians poorer. First Nations will be involved from the outset, ensuring that economic benefits flow directly to them and that their approval is secured before any money is spent." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17

Addiction and the poisoned drug supply
Conservative's promises
"Fund treatment for 50,000 Canadians. A new Conservative government will fund treatment for 50,000 Canadians in treatment centres with a proven record of success at getting people off drugs. This includes successful models like the Bruce Oake Recovery Centre, which helps people recover and reunite with their families, communities, and culture. To ensure the best outcomes, funding will follow results. Where spaces in good treatment programs exist, we will use them, and where they need to expand, these funds will allow that." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17

Investment
Conservative's promises
"Nothing about Canadians’ existing TFSAs would change. The existing $7,000 limit would remain, but Canadians will now be able to contribute up to an additional $5,000 a year, if that money supports Canadian companies that employ Canadian workers and pay Canadian taxes. The tax system already defines Canadian investments, and a Poilievre government will create a definition that lets financial institutions and advisors label which stocks, mutual funds and other investments can go into your Canada First TFSA Top-Up." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17
"Today, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre announced the Canada First Reinvestment Tax Cut. Any person or business selling an asset will pay no capital gains tax when they reinvest the proceeds in Canada. Companies that reinvest in active Canadian businesses will also defer any capital gains tax. These gains will still be taxed later on when investors cash out or move the money out of Canada. The break will be available on any reinvestments done until the end of 2026." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17
"The Canada First Reinvestment Tax Cut will be rocket fuel for our economy. It will incentivize investors—from small business owners, to farmers, to homebuilders—to reinvest and build things here in Canada. Canadians will have a powerful incentive to sell foreign investments and reinvest the proceeds, creating jobs in Canada. Because the break does not go to anyone moving money out of the country, investors will be strongly discouraged from moving money out of Canada. Instead, they will bring it home to build, invent, create, and hire here in Canada.” This tax cut will be available for any capital gains reinvested between July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026. Gender-based and intimate partner violence
Conservative's promises
"End the senseless practice of downgrading the murder of an intimate partner to manslaughter, simply because the murderer claims it was a so-called “crime of passion”. A Conservative government will make sure that the murder of an intimate partner, one’s own child, or a partner’s child will be treated as first-degree murder." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17

Trump's tariffs
Conservative's promises
"The Keep Canadians Working Fund is a targeted, temporary liquidity program designed to help businesses affected by sudden tariffs keep workers on the job. It will provide up to $3 billion in short-term credit lines and low-interest loans to ensure companies can maintain operations and keep employees working in industries affected by Trump tariffs.
The Fund is modelled on the Business Credit Availability Program (BCAP) that the Harper government created during the 2008 recession to successfully protect affected businesses and jobs. The program will be administered through three existing federal entities: the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), Export Development Canada (EDC) and Farm Credit Canada (FCC)."

"To counter this unjustified attack, Poilievre will temporarily remove the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on purchases of all new Canadian-manufactured vehicles. The GST will be removed as long as Trump’s tariffs remain in place." — conservative.ca, retrieved 2025-04-17
Biography
Born in Montreal and living in Napierville for over 15 years, I am a father, firefighter, and Canada Border Services Agency officer since 2006. My journey has been shaped by resilience, community involvement, and public service.
I overcame a difficult youth by getting involved in my community. At a young age, I founded a sports animation business for elementary schools, driven by the belief that positive guidance can change lives. After serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, I worked in various fields—as a tour guide, youth leader, locksmith, warehouse worker, and security professional.
At CBSA, I’ve taken part in several key initiatives, from health and safety to union work and employee support programs. My dedication even led to the implementation of defibrillators at border crossings—concrete progress for public safety.
My approach is grounded in listening, rigour, and collaboration. I’ve contributed to the training and management of trusted traveler programs with a focus on education and awareness, rather than punishment.
The strength of my commitment comes from my diverse experiences and my ability to bring people together. I believe strongly in open dialogue—real solutions come from the ground up, by empowering local actors and listening to those closest to the issues.
Reason for running
Real change won’t come from the top down — it starts with us.
Le vrai changement ne viendra pas d’en haut, mais de nous.
I’m running because I firmly believe that an MP should represent their riding — not just their party. That’s why I joined the Conservative Party of Canada, where I was welcomed with open arms.
Though my political engagement is recent, it runs deep. I’ve come to realize that politics shouldn’t be reserved for a disconnected elite — it belongs to all of us. Real change happens when we participate, when we challenge ideas respectfully and work together to build thoughtful, practical solutions.
With nearly 20 years in border services, I’ve seen firsthand how federal decisions impact our economy, immigration system, national security, and even our national identity. Too often, these decisions are driven by ideology instead of logic or results.
That’s why I’m stepping forward — to push for a decentralized, collaborative government that empowers local communities and respects the people who keep this country running: taxpayers.
As Michel Rocard once said, “If you don’t take care of politics, it will take care of you.” I’m not here to watch from the sidelines. I’m here to help build a future where common sense guides our policies — not slogans.
For my kids, for your parents, and for our communities: it’s time to get serious and bring politics back to the people.
