Affordability

Childcare

Kris Hurtubise's promise

We need to make life more affordable so children can be cared for by parents.

Fuel and transportation costs

Kris Hurtubise's promise

Let’s end the carbon tax and make life more affordable. Canada captures more carbon than it creates. We shouldn’t be punished.

Let’s invest in New Brunswickers who have the grades to fill the gaps, in return for long commitments to use those skills in the province.

Companies need to do better and incorporate technology to reduce pollution.

Let’s make active learning a way to learn. Out of the desk and into physical activity.

School curriculum

Kris Hurtubise's promise

More physical activity and block learning where children can help lower grades learn and build confidence.

School nutrition

Kris Hurtubise's promise

Let’s make life affordable, so we can feed our own children. Tax dollars for the Weston’s isn't the answer.

We need to invest in councillors and psychologists. Use online resources until we fill positions.

Trades

Kris Hurtubise's promise

We need to invest in our children to fill positions needed in the province.

Kris Hurtubise's promise

I’m your employee and will be working with you to create a better future for you and your family.

Biography

submitted by the candidate or their team
Father, husband and organic family farmer. I believe we can do better by working together with our communities.

I’m a father of four beautiful children, husband to a wonderful woman and family farmer growing vegetables for my community. The demoralizing treatment we all endured during the pandemic and the continued attack on individual and family rights has encouraged me to get into politics.

I believe politicians should be held accountable to their constituents and be able to represent their communities interests before the party’s interests in legislator. I chose to join the People’s Alliance because that’s what they believe in.

My post secondary education includes economics, human resources and marketing. I look forward to representing all my constituents equally with a open door policy, seeking their feedback on issues in legislator.

I will help bring attention to the mystery disease, the backlog of over 1000 contaminated sites, and the spraying of chemicals.

I will bring long term solutions that address healthcare, education and crime. These plans will have a lasting impact, that will create a better future for all of New Brunswick.

With your vote, we will build a better future together.

Reason for running

submitted by the candidate or their team
I believe good things will happen when we work together. Let’s bring accountability and common sense to politics.

Like most of us, I feel that the political system is failing us. The integrity of politicians is no longer a joking matter and needs to be addressed. Spending our tax dollars on foreign policies while Canadians suffer is unacceptable.

I feel that becoming an MLA is the beginning of a long journey to make our New Brunswick the greatest place to live and raise a family.
