VoteMate's Features
Candidate Profiles
Every candidate in the election is represented on VoteMate by a profile. As a candidate or authorised campaign agent, you can sign up to manage your candidate profile and add more details.
Details include the candidate's biography, photograph, personal or campaign contact info, social media, and vision for the province.
Only a few of these details are filled out by default, so we recommend you sign up to complete your profile.
Candidate Promises
As a candidate on VoteMate, you can list your promises on various issues. Voters use this to inform their choice.
Both candidates and their campaign managers can add or modify candidate promises. By default, we use the promises of the candidate's party.
Because we have no reliable datasource for independent candidates' promises, we recommend independents sign up to fill out this info.
